1、改進酸性潤版液。

以銘酸、磷酸為主,酸性越強,對油墨連接料和顏料的分解力,腐蝕了越大,致使印跡膜面粗糙,降低了光澤。

噴粉同油墨一樣,也會產(chǎn)生凝聚,特別是密封不好的袋裝或桶裝,噴粉受潮后,凝聚成較大的顆粒,噴到濕墨印跡上,使墨層表面結(jié)膜粗糙,降低了原有的光澤,因此噴粉要注意防潮。
