2.壓印滾筒叼紙牙排的叼力不等

假如壓印滾筒叼紙牙排兩邊的叼力不夠,則紙張的拖梢處變皺;假如一邊的叼力不夠,則相對(duì)應(yīng)的拖梢邊變皺;假如正中間的叼力不夠,則紙張正中間位置變皺。

6.壓印滾筒表層黏附的墨跡過厚

壓印滾筒表層黏附的墨跡過厚使紙張壓印時(shí)不平服,也會(huì)造成局部短距離變皺變形。

3.紙張含水量過大

紙張含水量過大,紙張自身纖維膨脹,在壓印全過程中,膨脹的纖維由肥大變窄,易造成叼口伸向拖梢方向的枝狀皺褶。

4.環(huán)境溫濕度的干擾

環(huán)境溫濕度變化,導(dǎo)致紙張含水量不勻稱,如四周含水量大于中間,造成荷葉邊,印刷時(shí)紙張易變皺。
