怎么提高彩色印刷的效率?

時間對于一個企業(yè)來說是很寶貴的,對于印刷業(yè)來說更是能節(jié)約就節(jié)約,在同樣的時間內效率小的消耗是印刷廠所需求的,那該如何達到上述所說的呢?

讓設備提高開機率才是硬道理,減少印刷機調機時間可以說是提升印刷機效率的有效的方法之一。試想假如每天每臺印刷機做20個訂單并且每次換單時間在20分鐘,下來就要換單停機浪費高達400分鐘。如果能做到換單只需10分鐘不就就直接節(jié)省了200分鐘時間嗎,這樣做效率直接提升50%!若要想做到這一點就需要我們合理地安排從印刷前準備到現場調試、人員分工等一系列工作。

1、準備印刷機所需要油墨

一般的步驟是領取油墨,檢查油墨的PH值、粘度、色相是否符合標準。因PH值控制印刷對紙張的吸附力尤其是做網點疊印為突出。假如PH值調整是前一個紅色PH值設為9而后面疊印色藍色PH值設定為8,這樣疊印出來的效果就是藍色蓋不住紅色導致疊印效果就會差。另外粘度也是控制印刷品質關鍵的因素之一,粘度過高會出現印刷不清晰,脫墨等現象,所以一定要檢測。不檢查色相,上墨發(fā)現不對后再清洗油墨就會損失2公斤的油墨,不僅如此還得花費少15分鐘左右停機換墨。查看印刷生產排程后要安排人員去領當天需要使用的油墨并放置到現場車間。上機前先攪拌油墨然后上墨循環(huán)生產。

2、準備印刷機所需要的印刷版

在我們印刷過程中常常出現印刷版上機后發(fā)現印刷版不對或發(fā)現印刷版磨損導致不能印刷情況,從而造成換單停機。每次會導致30分鐘的停機浪費及每次清洗油墨的浪費少也是2-4公斤墨量。那如何來克服此類狀況發(fā)生呢?
